Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Basic working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking concepts, and software installation processes
Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla
Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with Laravel/PHP-based software support will be considered an added advantage
Provide comprehensive software, hardware, and network support to clients.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote support tools.
Assist clients with system installation, configuration, and user training to ensure smooth operation.
Document technical issues, solutions, and workflows accurately, maintaining detailed support logs.
Collaborate closely with the development and technical teams to escalate and resolve critical or complex issues efficiently.
