Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and technically proficient professionals to join our team as Technical Support Engineers for IPTSP (IP Telephony Service Provider). The ideal candidates will possess a solid understanding of networking, VoIP, and telecommunications systems, along with strong problem-solving abilities. This role involves network troubleshooting, system maintenance, and delivering high-quality technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for IPTSP services by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain IP Telephony systems to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor, manage, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure uninterrupted and reliable IPTSP operations.
Respond to customer queries promptly and deliver effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Document technical issues, solutions, and system updates, and maintain accurate support records.
