We are currently looking for talented and meticulous Technical Writers to join our distinguished EB-2 NIW & EB-1 team. In this role, your contributions will play a direct part in assisting extraordinary individuals in obtaining U.S. permanent residency.

Location: Remote – Work from Home
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM BST

Primary Responsibilities:
As a Technical Writer in this department, your duties will include:
Composing impactful Letters of Recommendation and Letters of Appreciation, as well as Economic Impact and U.S. Benefit Analyses, which serve as essential components of NIW and EB-1 petition packages.
Writing thorough and professional Proposed Endeavor and Personal Statements that adhere to USCIS adjudication guidelines.
Conducting in-depth analysis of client backgrounds, including credentials, achievements, and industry contributions, to craft persuasive and fact-based narratives.
Integrating relevant data, economic trends, and regulatory insights to enhance petition strength.
Collaborating closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and effectively presented.
Upholding high standards in formatting, language, and documentation as required by USCIS guidelines.
