  • Expertise in size set sample creation and quality control with in-depth knowledge of all sewing processes.
  • Methodical and innovative approach to production.
  • Proficient in optimizing production line layout by instructing process owners and ensuring technicians address critical points for a production-friendly environment.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure.
  • Skilled in managing workers effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure the practice of 5S activities in the designated area.
  • Prepare paper layouts in coordination with APM, WS, and the mechanic.
  • Confirm all innovations are implemented during paper layout preparation.
  • Identify critical processes during Size Set (Jump Size) creation.
  • Pre-train operators for handling critical processes.
  • Assign tasks according to work sequence, ensuring the right personnel is allocated.
  • Ensure all guides, gauges, folders, templates, and attachments are ready during changeovers.
  • Verify that each process is qualified before proceeding to the next stage.
  • Focus on hourly production, passing, and repairs.
  • Address the top three defects and ensure "Self-inspection" for process quality confirmation.
  • Take corrective actions based on QA findings.
  • Attend the Pre-Production (PP) Meeting.
