  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Excel, data entry, and typing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company’s projects and services.
  • Provide accurate information regarding land and plot development projects and address client inquiries.
  • Generate, qualify, and maintain potential customer leads.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets as set by management.
  • Maintain and regularly update client information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion.
  • Prepare call reports and maintain records of client interactions.
  • Perform any other telemarketing-related duties assigned by management from time to time.
