Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Call Center, Customer Support, or Telemarketing role.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Excellent command of spoken English with strong verbal communication abilities.
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Employment Type & Salary:
Full-Time: Tk. 18,000 – 25,000 (Monthly)
Part-Time (5 Hours): Tk. 15,000 – 17,000 (Monthly)
Make outbound calls to international clients.
Promote products/services and meet sales targets.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
Record customer info and feedback accurately.
Follow call scripts and team guidelines.
Maintain a positive and goal-oriented attitude.
