Tele Sales Agent & MTO

Job Context:
SK IT Centre is looking for confident, target-oriented individuals to join its team as Tele Sales Agent & Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for the night shift. The selected candidates will be responsible for communicating with foreign clients, promoting services, generating sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing foreign clients through phone calls to introduce and promote company products/services.
• Communicate professionally with international clients and understand their requirements.
• Handle client queries, provide accurate information, and build positive relationships.
• Convince and persuade prospective clients to generate sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer information, and sales activities.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Handle objections professionally and use effective sales techniques to convert leads into customers.
• Coordinate with relevant team members to ensure smooth customer service and sales processes.
• Prepare regular updates or reports on sales performance, leads, and client interactions.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude while working the night shift.
• Perform any other sales or client-related duties assigned by management.
