Responsibilities & Context

Contact prospective customers by phone to introduce and promote the company’s mobile-based insurance and healthcare services.

Understand customer needs and respond effectively to inquiries regarding products, services, and their benefits.

Achieve assigned individual and team-based sales targets consistently.

Follow established quality standards and guidelines while participating in coaching sessions to ensure a high level of customer education and satisfaction.

Accurately record and update customer information in the database after each interaction.

Share customer feedback, objections, and complaints with the Line Manager and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to support continuous service improvement.
