Additional Requirements

  • Age should be between 18 to 27 years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Previous experience in an International BPO, Call Center, Customer Support, Telemarketing, or similar customer-facing role will be considered an added advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications, internet usage, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a night-shift environment and adapt to USA campaign schedules.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to achieve performance goals.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes, products, and campaign requirements.

Responsibilities & Context

Work Schedule

  • Shift Time: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Shift Type: Night Shift (USA Campaign)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers based in the United States, following campaign guidelines and company standards.
  • Introduce products, services, and promotional offers in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to build relationships, maintain engagement, and generate sales opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the appropriate department or sales team when required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call volume, lead generation, and conversion goals.
  • Ensure high-quality customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, campaign requirements, and compliance standards during all customer communications.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve campaign performance and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Participate in training sessions, coaching programs, and performance reviews to continuously enhance communication and sales skills.
