Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a Telemarketer to join our team. As a telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our course, service & voice over for videos and generating leads.

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided contact list.
- Present, promote, and explain our course/services effectively.
- Maintain an updated customer database.
- Handle client inquiries and schedule appointments for further discussions.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and KPIs.
- Follow up with potential leads and ensure excellent customer service.
- Report daily activities and results to the management team.
- Voice over on video ads, videos for social media.
- Handel virtual clients with their requirements.
