  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • 06-12 Months of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer service.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing Clients to promote products/services.
  • Respond to Client's inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, or promotions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and update the database as necessary.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Handle the Client's objections and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure high-quality service.
