Additional Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.(CGPA out of 4.00 note below 3.00)
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Proficiency in (specify language(s), English, etc.)
Ability to engage customers and handle objections professionally.
Familiarity with MS Office, MS Excel, Power point presentation and email communication.
Willingness to collaborate with the marketing and sales teams.
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Confidence in speaking over the phone and conveying information clearly.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the telemarketing and sales domain.
Duration: (3 months, 6 months)

Responsibilities & Context

Cold Calling & Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database.
Introduce the company’s products or services and explain their benefits.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with potential and existing customers to assess their needs.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team with interested leads.

Maintain Call Records:

Accurately log call details and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
Track customer feedback and report findings to the marketing and sales teams.

Follow-Up:

Send emails or messages to prospects following initial phone calls.
Follow up with leads that have expressed interest in products/services.

Market Research:

Conduct brief market research through calls to understand customer preferences and trends.
Gather feedback from customers to improve marketing strategies.

Support Sales Initiatives:

Assist the sales team with campaigns and marketing strategies aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
