Responsibilities & Context

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads by pitching products or services.

• Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.

• Follow up with leads or customers who have shown interest in the products or services.

• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.

• Any other additional activities as per company needs.
