  • Experience: 1–2 years in Telesales, preferably in SaaS or software products.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and software products.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Customer Outreach: Contact potential and existing customers to promote software products and services.
  • Lead Conversion: Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to convert leads into sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of software features, including accounting, inventory, and business analytics modules.
  • CRM Management: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress in the CRM system.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Customer Support: Address customer queries regarding software, assisting with product installation and troubleshooting when needed.
