1. Currently enrolled in a university or pursuing a bachelor's degree program (or equivalent work experience)
2. Previous customer service experience will be preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer concerns.
5. Proficiency in using customer service tools.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
8. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
9. Fluent level of both spoken and written English & Bengali.
Responsibilities & Context
1. Maintaining contact with customers regularly through call,email,sms.
2. Handling customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives within a timely manner.
3. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
6. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels.
7. Assisting in maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
8. Contribution to the improvement of customer service processes by providing feedback and suggestions.
