  • Under graduation enrolled freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in spoken English is an essential requirement

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA / Canada customers in a timely manner.
  • Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
  • Follow communication "Script" while handling different topics.
  • Receiving customers' inquiries, and selling services/products over the telephone as per the instruction provided.
