  • Food Preparation and Cooking:
  • Prepare and cook teppanyaki-style dishes in front of guests, delivering high-quality meals.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of premium quality.
  • Guest Engagement:
  • Provide an entertaining and interactive dining experience while engaging with guests.
  • Handle special dietary requests and food allergies with care and professionalism.
  • Hygiene and Safety:
  • Maintain a clean and organized cooking station.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaboration and Training:
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards.
  • Inventory and Equipment Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage resources efficiently.
  • Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
