  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field from a Reputed University.
  • Minimum 0-2 years' prior working experiences in the relevant field
  • Only for Male Candidates, Age 22 to 28 Years.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, customer support, and dispute resolution
  • Sound Communication Skills in both English & Bengali
  • Knowledge on Financial Products, MFS Industry and its Regulation/Directives
  • Proficient User of Microsoft Office Suit and advanced MS Excel user

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Territory Officer.In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the field force for Distribution Business expansion and management.
  • Oversee the perforrnance of the Distribution House and field Force through continuous evaluation and performance management processes.
  • Monitor market activity and gather Business Insights through Market Visits & Data-Driven Analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective Route plans & Plans for regular Agent visits to optimize coverage and engagement.
  • Develop existing channels and out new by expanding the Distribution Channel through Agent /Merchant onboarding.
  • Oversee the resolution of Retailer & Distributor Issues and Complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Conduct regular Market Visits to gather qualitative feedback on Market activity and Competition.
