Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage area-wise sales targets, field force incentive schemes, expense monitoring, and tour programs.
• Prepare monthly sales meeting agendas for Sales Representatives (SRs) and area teams, and evaluate field force performance.
• Develop territory-wise sales plans and achieve monthly secondary sales targets.
• Monitor Sales Representatives’ activities and regularly review sales performance against established objectives.
• Manage distributors and ensure consistent product availability across assigned territories.
• Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights for business growth.
• Plan, organize, and monitor sales activities to achieve targeted business objectives.
• Develop and implement sales operational strategies to improve overall sales effectiveness.
• Coordinate the execution and evaluation of new product launches and promotional activities.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify business opportunities, address underperforming markets, and recommend strategic improvements.
• Motivate, coach, and train team members at all levels to enhance their capabilities and achieve business goals.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and ensure effective inventory management at depot and customer levels.
• Ensure efficient credit management to minimize financial risks and maximize business profitability.
