Responsibilities & Context

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives for the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with the budget and company goals.
  • Promotion Management: Utilize promotional tools effectively and strategically, in accordance with the objectives and guidelines set by the marketing or branding team.
  • Product Demonstrations: Organize product demonstrations in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring proper product detailing and effective communication to customers.
  • Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to all potential fields to monitor product availability and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Develop personal relationships with key opinion leaders in agriculture, livestock, NGOs, trade, and other influential individuals or organizations that can impact the business.
  • Digital Engagement: Actively participate and engage in the sales team's communication platforms, ensuring consistent updates and digital presence during work activities.
  • Credit Recovery Coordination: Work closely with the recovery team to support credit management, ensuring that the desired credit levels are maintained.
  • Retailer/Distributor Briefing: Organize briefing sessions for retailers and distributors as needed, ensuring they are well-informed and aligned with sales objectives.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support business operations and growth.
