Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Honors Degree, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) preferred.
- Candidates with a degree in Agriculture, Veterinary, or Fisheries are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma holders may also apply.
- For highly experienced candidates, educational qualifications can be relaxed.
Skills & Qualities:
- Must have a positive mindset and the ability to work in any critical environment.
- Basic knowledge of mathematics is required.
- Must be flexible to work anywhere in Bangladesh as per the company's requirements.

- A valid driving license and smartphone are mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context
Acquire & Monitor Dealers and Farmers:
- Identify and establish new dealers and farmers in the poultry, cattle, and fish sectors.
- Regularly monitor their activities to ensure business growth.
Market Data Collection & Reporting:
- Collect authentic market data and share it with the management team on a regular basis.
- Use the data to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
New Area Expansion & Development:
- Identify and develop new business areas to expand the company's reach.
- Focus on continuous development to drive long-term growth.
Market Trend Analysis:
- Keep an eye on ongoing market trends and share relevant data for continuous self-improvement.
- Ensure the company stays competitive by responding to market changes effectively.
Performance Monitoring of Feed:
- Regularly assess the performance of the company's feed compared to competitors' products.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product improvement.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including dealers, farmers, medicine company representatives, and chicken suppliers.
- Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication and business operations.
Advisory Role:
- Serve as an advisor on farm or service-related issues.
- Provide basic knowledge and support to help stakeholders improve their operations.
