The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion of the company’s Mosquito Coil products within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong field presence, effective distributor and dealer management, and close coordination with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand sales of the company’s mosquito coil products within the assigned territory.

Develop and implement territory-wise sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, dealers, and sub-dealers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, wholesalers, contractors, and industrial buyers.

Conduct regular market visits to generate new leads and identify new business opportunities.

Work closely with Sales Representatives (SRs) and provide training and guidance to enhance their performance.
