Responsibilities & Context

Supervise and support Sales Representatives and Distributors to ensure smooth field operations.

Train newly appointed Sales Representatives to enhance their product knowledge and sales performance.

Identify market gaps and explore new business opportunities.

Provide regular and accurate sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Expand retail coverage by reaching new outlets and strengthening existing market presence.
