2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with interior firms, corporate organizations, and key decision-makers to identify sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling to expand the customer base and increase sales opportunities.
4. Product Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our lighting products, effectively communicating value propositions to potential customers.
5. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with customers to close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
6. Order Processing and Follow-up: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
7. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and development within the territory.
8. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
