Responsibilities & Context

  • Distributor Selection and Monitoring: Identify and onboard suitable distributors (DB) and ensure continuous monitoring of their performance.

  • Target Achievement: Drive distributors to achieve DB-specific sales targets and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Sales Representative Supervision: Oversee Sales Representatives (SR) to ensure effective outlet coverage, proper merchandising, and consistent sales growth.

  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze market information, generate actionable insights, and provide regular updates and reports to management.

  • Stock and Distribution Checks: Conduct periodic inspections of distributor warehouses and party stock levels to ensure proper inventory management and effective distribution.
