MDH Holidays, a rapidly expanding travel agency specializing in both domestic and international tour packages, air ticketing, and visa processing, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and visa-related services with precision and strong customer service skills.
Handle booking, reissuing, and cancellation of domestic and international flight tickets using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on tour packages, airfare, and visa requirements.
Prepare, verify, and process visa documentation for a variety of destinations.
Maintain regular communication with embassies, airlines, and relevant authorities for smooth coordination.
Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Keep detailed and organized records of ticketing, payments, and customer profiles.
Adhere to all internal policies and operational guidelines.
Stay informed about new flight routes, travel promotions, and airline policies to offer updated advice to clients.
