Trip Designer is looking for a Smart, Passionate, and Energetic Tour Package Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in designing, promoting, and selling customized domestic and international tour packages while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design, customize, and sell attractive tour packages based on clients' travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.

✔ Provide professional travel consultation and recommend suitable destinations, itineraries, hotels, transportation, and sightseeing options.

✔ Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person meetings.

✔ Prepare tour quotations, itineraries, and package proposals accurately and promptly.

✔ Promote and sell tour packages for destinations including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Nepal, Maldives, Sri Lanka, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

✔ Coordinate with airlines, hotels, local tour operators, transport providers, and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

✔ Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual clients, corporate customers, and travel partners.

✔ Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

✔ Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, airline promotions, destination information, and tourism regulations.

✔ Maintain accurate booking records, client information, and sales reports.

✔ Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to promote seasonal tour packages and special travel offers.

✔ Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the travel experience.

✔ Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

✔ Perform any other tour sales, customer service, or business development responsibilities assigned by the Management.
