  • In-depth knowledge of merchandising strategies, retail operations, and market trends.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Capable of working autonomously, frequently traveling for field assignments, and handling multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with POS materials and visual merchandising guidelines is a plus.
 

Responsibilities & Context

  • Implement merchandising strategies and ensure effective product displays in retail locations.
  • Manage trade promotions and build strong relationships with retail partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Track competitor activities, promotions, and consumer trends to provide strategic insights for brand development.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in-store by creating displays that drive customer engagement.
  • Gather and analyze sales data to assess the impact of trade activities on performance.
  • Performance Monitoring, Reporting & Coordination: Track retail metrics, generate performance reports, and coordinate with internal teams for alignment.
  • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of trade initiatives.
  • Oversee stock levels with retailers, ensuring timely replenishment, especially during promotions.
  • Coordinate the distribution and installation of POS materials, banners, and displays in retail locations.
  • Conduct product and merchandising training to enhance retail staff knowledge and effectiveness.
