Responsibilities & Context

  • Strong technical understanding and basic knowledge of diesel and gas generator engines.
  • Theoretical expertise in generator servicing and essential spare parts.
  • Excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries.
  • Troubleshooting skills related to generator servicing and customer support.
  • Foster a service-oriented mindset to enhance customer relationships.
  • Ability to generate leads for spare parts and service sales.
  • Strong presentation skills to showcase products and services to clients.
  • Willingness to learn and adaptability in diverse situations.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email Outlook, and internet tools.
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships and rapport.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and hardworking to meet annual sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
