Responsibilities & Context

  • Contribute to the production and development of products and processes.
  • Ensure the completion of all assigned tasks within the specified deadlines.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Regularly review and submit progress reports on the Six Sigma implementation.
  • Observe existing strategies and techniques, providing suggestions for improvement.
  • Work closely with staff to foster professional values and build strong working relationships.
  • Take notes and share findings with the supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Raise concerns and offer suggestions for improvements where appropriate.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Attend meetings and workshops to stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Maintain effective production/operation planning and scheduling.
  • Supervise production activities to ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed the expected quality standards.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and diligence in all aspects of work.
