Responsibilities & Context

  • Receive and process production cards; create and manage production schedules.
  • Ensure proper chemical usage for plating machines based on specific requirements.
  • Handle chemicals in compliance with MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) guidelines.
  • Maintain chemical inventory and manage stock in accordance with ISO and EMS standards.
  • Prepare daily material requisitions and coordinate delivery arrangements.
  • Record and update completion status of production cards in the system.
  • Monitor production progress and manage waste disposal processes.
  • Oversee machine operations and ensure optimal performance.
  • Track and manage delays and remakes, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Implement and uphold 5S practices and workplace safety protocols.
  • Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles for raw and sub-material management.
  • Perform color checks, approve standards, and address inconsistencies or mismatches.
  • Supervise worker activities, conduct machine maintenance, and implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
  • Identify potential safety risks related to machinery or materials and take proactive measures.
  • Be flexible for shift duties and available for overtime when required.
  • Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the department manager.
