Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc), in Textile Technology.
  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc), in Apparel Manufacturing Technology.

  • Computer knowledge in E-mail, Word, and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.        
  • Must have teamwork and cooperation mentality.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for coordinating daily operational activities in sample development and production follow-up.
  • Ensure a clear understanding and adherence to customers', buyers', and clients' procedures for order execution, ensuring timely shipments.
  • Arange all required yarns, fabrics, and accessories for production.
  • Manage the approval process for fit samples, pre-production (PP) samples, size sets, and fabric/garment testing.
  • Coordinate with the factory, quality control, logistics departments, as well as clients, buyers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of all regular production activities.
  • Track and coordinate Letters of Credit (L/C) for respective styles and factories.
  • Maintain all relevant merchandising order files, reports, and documents necessary for efficient order processing.
  • Assist in the development of new orders.
  • Support the local procurement team in sourcing trims/accessories as required, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Monitor the entire production flow to ensure optimal capacity utilization.
  • Carry out any special tasks or assignments as required by the company.
