Must have a personal motorcycle with a valid driving license.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confident and capable of handling challenges effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for daily reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to contribute to team development.
Skilled in data entry in both Bangla and English.
Assist daily operational activities under the supervision of the Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Operations).
Manage the deployment of Security Guards/Armed Guards through own sourcing and ensure timely placement after training completion at the Euro Vigil Training Centre.
Prepare and submit weekly duty rosters and guard schedules.
Coordinate logistics distribution and ensure guards maintain proper turnout and uniform standards.
Organize and manage event support services as per operational requirements.
Conduct scheduled night patrols assigned by the Operations Department.
Provide on-site training for Security Guards, Post Supervisors, and Armed Guards in collaboration with the Training Instructor.
Monitor service quality at client sites, gather feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Facilitate the opening of bank accounts for Guards/Armed Guards to enable salary disbursement.
Oversee mess facilities, including guard accommodation and food management.
Manage issuance of ID cards, uniforms, and related logistics for new recruits.
Submit regular operational reports and promptly escalate critical issues to higher management.
Perform additional duties assigned by management to ensure smooth operational performance.
