Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop a weekly production plan aligned with capacity, collaborating with the Planning and Merchandising departments to ensure accurate inputs.
  • Prepare daily reports for various types of development samples and color costing.
  • Monitor daily manpower, set production targets, track achievements, and generate daily production reports while verifying colors and designs against approved standards for ongoing production.
  • Manage the chemical store, ensuring the availability of required chemicals and coordinating with the head office to procure new or shortage items through the proper channels.
