  • Personal motorcycle and valid driving license are mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to take challenges and work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting.
  • Strong analytical and team development skills.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills in both Bangla and English.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Support daily operations under the supervision of the Operations team.
  • Arrange deployment of Security Guards/Armed Guards and ensure timely posting.
  • Prepare weekly duty rosters and manage guard schedules.
  • Distribute uniforms and logistics, ensuring proper turnout.
  • Organize event security support as required.
  • Conduct night patrols and monitor field operations.
  • Provide on-site training support for security personnel.
  • Monitor client service quality, collect feedback, and report issues.
  • Assist guards in opening bank accounts for salary payments.
  • Supervise guard accommodation and mess facilities.
  • Ensure issuance of ID cards, uniforms, and necessary logistics.
  • Submit regular operational reports and perform other duties assigned by management.
