We are seeking highly motivated and talented fresh graduates to join our team as Trainee Software Engineers. This role is ideal for candidates with strong academic backgrounds who are passionate about software development and eager to build expertise in .NET technologies, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), relational databases (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL), and Python.
✔ Participate in software design, development, testing, and maintenance processes
✔ Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET technologies
✔ Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts in real-world development projects
✔ Design, write, and optimize database queries using Microsoft SQL Server or similar RDBMS
✔ Assist in building automation tools and scripts using Python
✔ Collaborate with senior developers, software architects, and QA teams
✔ Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support
✔ Learn and adapt to modern development tools, frameworks, and best practices
✔ Maintain proper technical documentation for developed systems
✔ Training in .NET or Python from BITM or any recognized institution will be an added advantage
✔ Strong understanding of:
✔ Familiarity with:
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Basic knowledge of Data Science, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning concepts
✔ Good communication skills and teamwork ability
✔ Passion for learning new technologies and continuous improvement
✔ Experience or exposure to AI-driven development tools and workflows
✔ Basic understanding of cloud platforms or DevOps practices
✔ Internship, thesis, or project experience in relevant technical domains will be an advantage
