Additional Requirements


  • Minimum 03 years of working experience specially in training/Youth and/or Adolescent Center management.  Previous working experience in camps will be preferred.
  • Excellent skills in facilitation
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent in teamwork and networking
  • Good computer (MS Office, Excel, and Internet) operating skill 
  • Fluent in Chittagonian dialect         

Responsibilities & Context

  • Deliver life skills and awareness training to project participants.
  • Effectively manage training logistics to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with Center in Charges, Community Mobilizers, and project participants to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Oversee the safety and security of the training environment, including all equipment and materials.
  • Promote the efficient and effective use of resources during training activities.
  • Partner with the Center in Charge to introduce the project to communities through well-structured consultation meetings and interactive engagement sessions.
  • Mobilize and actively involve target communities to foster their participation and support for the project initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings with government and local stakeholders to assess community-specific needs.
  • Support the design and implementation of tailored interventions aimed at driving sustainable development.
  • Ensure that the training sessions align with the overall goals and objectives of the project.
