  • Proven experience as a trainer with a focus on technical subjects.
  • Proficiency in Bengali typing and a strong command of both English and Bengali.
  • Understanding of effective adult learning principles and technical training methodologies.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Creative thinking and adaptability in training delivery.
  • The applicants should have experience in garments.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify Training Needs: Assess technical skill gaps among non-management staff through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
  • Design Training Programs: Develop customized training programs to enhance technical skills based on the identified needs.
  • Schedule and Organize Training: Plan and coordinate logistics for training sessions, ensuring resources and materials are readily available.
  • Facilitate Training Sessions: Conduct engaging training sessions in both English and Bengali, focusing on the practical application of technical skills.
  • Prepare Training Materials: Create and curate instructional materials, such as presentations, videos, and hands-on activities, in both English and Bengali.
  • Maintain Records: Track attendance and keep training records in line with company policies.
  • Manage Training Budgets: Oversee training expenses to ensure cost-effective program delivery.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Conduct assessments and collect feedback to measure the impact of training and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor Performance: Observe and evaluate employee performance post-training to ensure they are applying new skills effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest training methodologies and tools to continuously enhance training quality.
