• Masters, B. Sc. in Engineering or Master's degree in any discipline; preferably in education, psychology, human resources, etc.

• Training Needs Assessment
• Conduct assessments to identify the soft skills training needs of youth beneficiaries.
• Gather insights through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to pinpoint specific skill gaps.
• Analyze assessment data and provide recommendations for designing and customizing training programs.
• Training Program Development
• Design and develop comprehensive soft skills training programs aligned with project objectives and the needs of the target audience.
• Create training materials, resources, and interactive activities to facilitate effective skill development.
• Training Delivery
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and time management.
• Utilize effective instructional techniques, including presentations, group discussions, role-plays, case studies, and experiential learning exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation of trainee records for tracking progress and impact.
• Feedback & Coaching
• Provide constructive feedback to participants on their soft skills performance, behavior, and communication styles.
• Maintain regular communication with the Project Officer to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Training Effectiveness Evaluation
• Assess the effectiveness of training sessions through various methods, including participant feedback, pre-and post-training evaluations, and skill demonstrations.
• Professional Development & Program Support
• Stay updated on trends, best practices, and research in soft skills development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training program and curriculum.
• Support the UCEP program in achieving its project goals through collaboration with other components.
• Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.
