Additional Requirements

Required computer skills: MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Trade-relevant certificate is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, adaptable, team player, with a passion for social development.
Ability and willingness to travel.
Willingness to transfer to any location where UCEP operates.

Responsibilities & Context

Organize logistics for training programs and similar events.
Co-facilitate training sessions as appropriate.
Communicate with participants, trainers, moderators, and other stakeholders.
Prepare training reports and maintain participation registration records.
Ensure proper maintenance of training equipment and facilities.
Supervise cleanliness and upkeep of training areas.
Verify the proper lock and key status of training facilities.
Prepare course materials and supporting items for trade courses.
Maintain accurate records/files and dispatch documents or materials as needed.
Arrange visits and refreshment for training/events as required.
Assist with procurement activities as needed.
Promote gender equity, child/staff protection, inclusiveness, and a discrimination-free work environment.
Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority.
