Vehicle and Logbook Management:

• Verify vehicle logbooks against bills, ensuring accuracy, and signing off.
• Inspect vehicles periodically and address issues in consultation with the transport in-charge.

• Process and verify monthly bills including rental fuel, tour, toll, overtime, and food bills.
• Check and approve monthly rental body rent bills and other related invoices.
• Manage advance money requisitions and monitor advance balances for rental cars.

• Create and manage move orders, and send driver codes via SMS.
• Record bills in relevant sheets, including car run records, monthly bill reports, and expense ledgers.
• Track personal kilometers and maintain corresponding records.
• Prepare monthly reports for rental car usage and expenses.

• Communicate with drivers and suppliers to collect fuel, gas, and rental bills.
• Train new drivers on logbook maintenance and other procedural tasks.
• Search for authorized vendors for new car allocations and maintain vendor relationships.

• Monitor daily activities of rental vehicles and drivers, including GPS tracking.
• Inspect new vehicles, visit vendor offices, and perform necessary checks.
• Collect and verify final bills from BV and Accounts for invoicing.
• Documentation and Organization:
• Maintain and preserve all rental car-related documents, including car allocation files and deeds with vendors.
