Travel Consultant

Must be tech-savvy and proficient in using digital tools beyond basic MS Word.

Skills in photo editing, video editing, or content creation will be an added advantage.

Prior travel industry experience is required for the position.

Freshers are welcome to apply for the training program.

Handle client inquiries related to at least two travel services: Tour Packages, Air Tickets, or Visa Processing.

Manage tour bookings, air ticket reservations, or visa applications for at least two of these services.

Use professional travel tools, including GDS, online reservation systems, and hotel booking platforms.

Prepare customized travel itineraries incorporating various travel services.

Communicate with clients through digital channels and online/offline platforms.

Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.

Stay updated on airline and visa regulations, special offers, and promotions.

Perform other travel booking and client communication duties assigned by Administration.
