  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role (minimum 2 years of experience).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts (a plus).
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design work, including web and mobile interfaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
  • Create user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
  • Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gather insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and sitemaps based on research.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with Garibook’s brand identity and follow best design practices.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability test results.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system for scalability and consistency.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices for web and mobile platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work is required.
