Required Skills & Experience

✔ Experience in UI/UX Design for software products, web applications, mobile apps, or digital platforms

✔ Strong understanding of responsive UI design and mobile/tablet UI/UX principles

✔ Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch

✔ Experience with 2D and 3D animation will be considered an advantage

✔ Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, and digital product design skills; candidates should be prepared to present and discuss their portfolio during the interview

✔ Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and modern design principles

✔ Ability to stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, tools, and creative resources

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, developers, project managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders

✔ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a positive team-oriented mindset

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can combine user-centered digital product design with strong visual communication and branding skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive user experiences, modern interfaces, engaging graphic content, and digital media assets while keeping up with emerging UI/UX and design trends.

Key Responsibilities

Product UI/UX Design

✔ Conduct user research, analyze user needs, map user flows, define information architecture, and develop user-centered UI/UX solutions

✔ Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and modern user interfaces based on project requirements

✔ Iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing, project requirements, and performance insights

✔ Design responsive UI screens optimized for different screen sizes and resolutions across web, mobile, and tablet platforms

✔ Collaborate with Project Managers, Software Engineers, QA teams, and clients to translate business and technical requirements into clean, functional, and user-friendly designs

✔ Maintain consistency in UI components, design systems, layouts, typography, and overall user experience

Interactive Mini-Game & Unity Design

✔ Collaborate with developers to prepare, slice, optimize, and organize UI assets for implementation in the Unity Engine

✔ Create game-ready assets, icons, interface elements, and basic animations or sprites to enhance the overall player experience

✔ Ensure game UI assets are optimized for performance, usability, and smooth integration into interactive applications

Graphic Design & Brand Assets

✔ Maintain and develop a consistent corporate brand identity across websites, social media, marketing materials, and other digital platforms

✔ Design creative banners, infographics, blog graphics, promotional materials, advertising creatives, and other marketing assets

✔ Develop visually engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

Social Media & Digital Media Production

✔ Create and manage visual content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms

✔ Design social media creatives, advertisements, promotional graphics, and campaign visuals

✔ Produce basic slide animations, short-form videos, motion graphics, and other digital media content

✔ Stay updated with emerging UI/UX, graphic design, social media, and digital content trends to bring fresh creative ideas to projects
