Additional Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in counseling students for UK education, with strong knowledge of UK universities, academic programs, and student visa procedures
Good understanding of the Bangladeshi education system and the study abroad preferences of local students
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficient in both English and Bengali, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with international education agencies or institutions
Awareness of other study destinations such as Australia, Canada, or the USA is an added advantage
Experience using CRM platforms or student management software
Skills
Student Counseling & Guidance: Offer tailored advice to students and their families on studying in the UK, covering course selection, university choices, and visa processes.
Application Support: Manage the complete application cycle—assisting with documentation, communicating with universities, and handling follow-ups.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong connections with prospective students, ensuring consistent support and a positive experience throughout their journey.
Information Management: Stay well-informed about UK universities, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa regulations to provide up-to-date and accurate advice.
Outreach Activities: Represent STS Global Education at education fairs, seminars, school visits, and online events to promote services and engage with potential students.
Team Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams and partner institutions, maintaining detailed records of student progress and application statuses.
