Age must be between 25 to 40 years.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in maternal and newborn health services, preferably in facility-based settings; experience in nutrition-related work will be considered an added advantage.
Strong communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills are required.
Ability to properly maintain and update various registers, including Patient Register, Eligible Couple Register, Family Planning Register, Nutrition Register, and Medicine & ANC/PNC Registers.
(One facilitator will be responsible for two unions; local candidates will be given preference)
Socio-Economic and Rural Advancement Association (SERAA) is a locally based, non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental development organization established in 1997 in Netrokona district by a group of dedicated social workers. The organization aims to improve the socio-economic conditions of underprivileged rural communities, with special focus on ultra-poor, marginalized, and distressed populations—particularly children, adolescents, and women.

The organization has earned a strong reputation in the development sector through its work in education, health and nutrition, environmental development, climate-smart agriculture, and consultancy services.
