Vendor Coordinator (Night Shift - Remote)

Stellar Service Management is a US-based facility maintenance company headquartered in North Canton, Ohio, offering a broad range of commercial and residential property maintenance services. Its services include renovation, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, locksmithing, cleaning, and various other facility solutions. As part of its continued expansion, the company is seeking motivated professionals in Bangladesh to join its growing remote team.

Job Responsibilities

 

• Communicate professionally with US-based vendors through phone calls and email.

• Identify, onboard, and maintain strong working relationships with vendors across multiple service categories, including HVAC, plumbing, handyman, electrical, landscaping, and more.

• Negotiate service rates, project timelines, and work scopes with vendors to achieve favorable outcomes.

• Prepare, organize, manage, and update vendor quotations, bids, and invoices.

• Track work progress and ensure timely updates through Excel spreadsheets and relevant online tracking platforms.

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

• Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets assigned by the supervisor.

• Efficiently utilize business software, tools, and applications to manage vendor-related activities and operations.
