Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and bold Vendor Manager to manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. This role requires a versatile professional with strong expertise in managing, maintaining, negotiating, monitoring, and collaborating with vendors. The ideal candidate must understand concepts of branding and will be responsible for executing strategies that elevate our brand. The manager will support our drop shippers in maximizing their sales potential through trendy product onboarding.

- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor transactions and communications.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain processes.
- Conduct regular vendor evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Stay updated with market trends and identify new vendor opportunities.
