  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), in HRM or equivalent from a recognized university

Additional Requirements


  • BBA or MBA in HRM or equivalent from a recognized university. PGDHRM is a plus.
  • Minimum 15 years in HR & Admin, with at least 5 years in a senior role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership, knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws, and experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities & Context

  • HR Strategy & Leadership: Lead the HR and Admin team to align with business objectives and manage recruitment, training, and performance management processes
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with related laws, rules, regulations, company policies, and cGMP standards (FDA, UK-MHRA, EU-GMP, TGA, WHO)
  • Employee Relations & Welfare: Oversee employee relations, resolve conflicts, and manage welfare initiatives such as canteen, transportation, and dormitories
  • Safety & Security: Ensure the implementation and management of plant-wide safety and security protocols to protect employees, assets, and infrastructure
  • Industrial Relations: Maintain good relationships with local authorities and ensure smooth industrial functioning
  • Cost & Resource Management: Monitor administrative expenses, manage supplies, and ensure cost-effective plant operation
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide the HR and Admin team to promote a culture of collaboration and accountability
