- Proven expertise in editing both short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reels, Shorts, and other digital marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, subtitle integration, music selection, audio enhancement, and basic color grading techniques.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics, text animations, lower-thirds, captions, visual effects, and other creative editing elements.
- Ability to work with raw footage, stock videos, voiceovers, graphics, soundtracks, and other multimedia assets to produce high-quality final outputs.
- Thorough understanding of platform-specific video formats and optimization requirements, including vertical, square, landscape, stories, reels, and short-form content formats.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and strong time management skills.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, creative briefs, and campaign objectives while maintaining consistency across projects.
- Receptive to feedback and capable of revising content efficiently based on client or team requirements.
- Prior experience in producing digital marketing content, advertising campaigns, promotional videos, explainer videos, and branded content will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled Video Editor to join our Creative Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality and engaging video content for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce compelling video content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Create both short-form and long-form videos, including social media content, advertisements, promotional videos, explainer videos, reels, shorts, and YouTube productions.
- Work with raw footage, stock videos, graphics, voiceovers, music, subtitles, and motion elements to deliver polished and professional final outputs.
- Optimize videos for various platform-specific formats, including vertical videos, reels, shorts, stories, square posts, and landscape content.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, visual effects, lower-thirds, text animations, background music, and basic motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement.
- Perform color correction, audio balancing, sound enhancement, and video cleanup to ensure high production quality.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, marketing professionals, designers, and project stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and deliver effective visual content.
- Ensure all video productions align with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and quality standards.
- Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, video editing techniques, and platform updates to continuously improve content performance.
- Organize and maintain project files, media assets, and editing resources efficiently.
- Contribute creative ideas and recommendations to enhance video storytelling, audience engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness.
